Aceste metode s-au dovedit a nu fi avantajoase din punct de vedere al costurilor \u0219i al duratei de operare. Mai mult, ele pot genera de\u0219euri secundare care la r\u00e2ndul lor au o toxicitate medie sau ridicat\u0103.Pentru a depa\u0219i aceste obstacole, s-au dezvoltat solu\u021bii inovative de depoluare cum ar fi cele care integreaz\u0103 \u2013 \u00eentr-un singur modul de decontaminare \u2013 mai multe metode de \u00eenl\u0103turare a poluan\u021bilor.<\/p>\n<p>Din aceast\u0103 categorie fac parte membranele fotocatalitice filtrante care cupleaz\u0103 dou\u0103 procese de decontaminare: filtrarea \u0219i fotocataliza, iar rezultatele ob\u021binute le recomand\u0103 a fi solu\u021bii promi\u021b\u0103toare pentru purificarea apei.<\/p>\n<p>Filtrarea utiliz\u00e2nd membranele este o metod\u0103 avangardist\u0103 pentru tratarea apei datorit\u0103 mai multor avantaje cum ar fi integrarea u\u0219oar\u0103 \u00eentr-un modul de decontaminare \u0219i eficien\u021b\u0103 ridicat\u0103 de \u00eendep\u0103rtare a contaminan\u021bilor.<\/p>\n<p>Dezavantajul major al membranelor este sc\u0103derea fluxului de ap\u0103 poluat\u0103 din cauza colmat\u0103rii porilor membranei, duc\u00e2nd la scurtarea duratei de via\u021b\u0103. Substan\u021bele chimice utilizate pentru cur\u0103\u021barea suprafe\u021bei membranei cresc costurile \u0219i reduc performan\u021ba membranei \u0219i durata ei de via\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div      class=\"vc_row wpb_row section vc_row-fluid\" style=' text-align:left;'><div class=\"full_section_inner clearfix\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-3\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-9\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div align=\"justify\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-17820\" src=\"http:\/\/cit.itim-cj.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/imagine-poveste-de-succes-bistrita-252x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"315\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"http:\/\/cit.itim-cj.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/imagine-poveste-de-succes-bistrita-252x300.jpg 252w, http:\/\/cit.itim-cj.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/imagine-poveste-de-succes-bistrita-861x1024.jpg 861w, http:\/\/cit.itim-cj.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/imagine-poveste-de-succes-bistrita-768x914.jpg 768w, http:\/\/cit.itim-cj.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/imagine-poveste-de-succes-bistrita-10x12.jpg 10w, http:\/\/cit.itim-cj.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/imagine-poveste-de-succes-bistrita-700x833.jpg 700w, http:\/\/cit.itim-cj.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/imagine-poveste-de-succes-bistrita.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 315px) 100vw, 315px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Prin combinarea membranei cu nanomateriale av\u00e2nd propriet\u0103\u021bi fotocatalitice aceste dezavantaje pot fi eliminate oferindu-i membranei propriet\u0103\u021bi de autocur\u0103\u021bare.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<p>Procesul de decontaminare a apei ce utilizeaz\u0103 membranele filtrante fotocatalitice este influen\u021bat at\u00e2t de propriet\u0103\u021bile membranei, c\u00e2t \u0219i de cele ale nanomaterialului depus sau \u00eenglobat \u00een membran\u0103. Caracterul hidrofil al membranei \u0219i rezisten\u021ba mecanic\u0103 bun\u0103 care s\u0103 \u00eempiedice ruperea membranei atunci c\u00e2nd este utilizat\u0103 la presiuni mari ale apei reprezint\u0103 dou\u0103 dintre propriet\u0103\u021bile importante pe care o membran\u0103 filtrant\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 le de\u021bin\u0103. Pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea acestor propriet\u0103\u021bi, echipa noastr\u0103 de cercetare a propus includerea nanomaterialelor \u00een compozi\u021bia membranei sau depunerea pe suprafa\u021b\u0103 acestora. \u00cen plus, aceste nanomateriale pot descompune nu numai poluan\u021bii organici de la suprafa\u021b\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd sunt activa\u021bi prin iradiere artificial\u0103 sau solar\u0103, ci \u0219i contaminan\u021bii organici din pori, evit\u00e2nd colmatarea membranei.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div      class=\"vc_row wpb_row section vc_row-fluid\" style=' text-align:left;'><div class=\"full_section_inner clearfix\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-3\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-9\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  vc_custom_1620738154791\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h4 align=\"justify\">Obiectivul principal al contractului l-a constituit dezvoltarea unui model func\u021bional al unui modul de decontaminare a apei ce include membrane filtrante fotocatalitice pe baz\u0103 de polimeri \u0219i materiale nanocompozite.<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div      class=\"vc_row wpb_row section vc_row-fluid\" style=' text-align:left;'><div class=\"full_section_inner clearfix\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-3\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-9\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div align=\"justify\">\n<p>Implementarea contractului a fost realizat\u0103\u00a0 de c\u0103tre o echip\u0103 multidisciplinar\u0103 format\u0103 din 9 chimi\u0219ti, fizicieni \u0219i ingineri, din partea INCDTIM, \u0219i 9 ingineri \u0219i fizicieni din partea SC ICPE Bistri\u021ba SA.\u00cen vederea atingerii obiectivului propus s-au preparat mai multe tipuri de membrane filtrante fotocatalitice. Membranele au fost ob\u021binute prin metod\u0103 de inversie a fazelor pornind de la fluorura de poliviniliden (PVDF) \u0219i av\u00e2nd \u00eenglobate sau depuse pe suprafa\u021b\u0103\u00a0 diferite cantit\u0103\u021bi de nanomateriale cu propriet\u0103\u021bi fotocatalitice.<\/p>\n<p>Au fost testate mai multe tipuri de nanomateriale: nanoparticule de ZnO, nanotuburi de carbon decorate cu nanoparticule de ZnO dopate cu ioni de Fe sau Cu.<\/p>\n<p>Membranele ob\u021binute au fost caracterizate din punct de vedere structural, morfologic \u0219i al propriet\u0103\u021bilor fotocatalitice de c\u0103tre echipa de cercet\u0103tori din INCDTIM. Evaluarea activit\u0103\u021bii fotocatalitice s-a realizat utiliz\u00e2ndu-se dou\u0103 tipuri de poluant: un colorant frecvent utilizat \u00een industria textil\u0103, rodamina B (RhB), \u0219i un antibiotic de spectru larg, oxitetraciclina (OTC). Pentru teste s-a ales o concentra\u021bie a solu\u021biei de poluant de 1.0 mg\/L.<\/p>\n<p>Membranele a c\u0103ror suprafa\u021b\u0103 a fost\u00a0 modificat\u0103 cu nanoparticule de ZnO prezint\u0103 cea mai bun\u0103 efecien\u021b\u0103 de \u00eendep\u0103rtare a poluan\u021bilor, \u0219i anume 80% \u00een cazul RhB, respectiv 71% pentru OTC, dup\u0103 4 ore de iradiere cu o lamp\u0103 UV de putere 30 W av\u00e2nd emisia maxim\u0103 la 365 nm.<\/p>\n<p>Testele \u0219i evaluarea propriet\u0103\u021bilor filtrante ale membranei au fost efectuate \u00een cadrul SC ICPE Bistri\u021ba SA. Aceste membrane au fost ulterior incluse \u00een modulul de decontaminare realizat de c\u0103tre SC ICPE Bistri\u021ba SA.<\/p>\n<p>Modulul de decontaminare realizat poate fi integrat \u00eentr-un proces tehnologic de depoluare, aspecte particulare urm\u00e2nd a fi eviden\u021biate \u00een urma test\u0103rii acestuia \u00een mediu relevant. Modulul de depoluare integreaz\u0103 procesele adi\u021bionale de generare a agen\u021bilor oxidan\u021bi <em>in situ<\/em> (ozon).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div      class=\"vc_row wpb_row section vc_row-fluid\" style=' text-align:left;'><div class=\"full_section_inner clearfix\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-3\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-9\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  vc_custom_1633064468790\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div align=\"justify\"><em><strong>Contractul subsidiar Nr. 258\/14.02.2018 \u00eencheiat \u00eentre INCDTIM Cluj \u0219i SC ICPE <\/strong><\/em><em><strong>Bistri\u021ba SA a fost derulat pe parcursul a 36 de luni.
