Ini\u021bial, aceste experimente se efectueaz\u0103 \u00een regim <em>high-throughput<\/em> la scal\u0103 mic\u0103 \u0219i toate probele rezultate sunt din nou analizate prin<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/RX-serv.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">difrac\u021bie de raze X<\/a> pentru a identifica formele solide noi generate de condi\u021biile experimentale diferite (metode de cristalizare, solven\u021bi\/antisolven\u021bi, temperatur\u0103).<br \/>\n\u00cen cazul identific\u0103rii de forme solide noi, acestea urmeaz\u0103 a fi preparate la scal\u0103 mare cu scopul de a ob\u021bine cantit\u0103\u021bi suficiente pentru caracterizarea lor structural\u0103 complet\u0103.<br \/>\nDeterminarea structurii cristaline a formelor solide noi se efectueaz\u0103 printr-o abordare de tip <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Cristalografie-RMN-serv.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cristalografie RMN<\/a>.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/07-Difractie-de-raze-X.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Difrac\u021bia de raze X pe pulberi\/monocristale<\/a> genereaz\u0103 o solu\u021bie structural\u0103 care este \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit\u0103 prin modelare molecular\u0103. \u00cen paralel, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/RMN-ss-serv.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">rezonan\u021ba magnetic\u0103 nuclear\u0103 pe probele solide<\/a> confirm\u0103 acurate\u021bea determin\u0103rii structurii cristaline prin difrac\u021bie de raze X \u0219i modelare molecular\u0103.
